From Ben – 20 September 2015

This Sunday we hold our AGM after the morning service. Now I am aware that AGMs are not occasions that people usually queue up to attend or all rush to the front seats. Having said that our church AGM will only last 20 minutes and I trust will be a time to remember the past year with deep gratitude to God for his constant care and provision for us as a church If you have read the reports you will see an undertone of praise and thanks for the place we find ourselves as a church.

We also hope to present to you our strategic plan for the coming 5 years.

This AGM is particularly meaningful for our family as it is the 10th year since we relocated to NZ and were called to serve God at GPC. I warmly encourage you to join with us for this meeting. I am reminded of Ps 103 when David reminds himself not to forget Gods’ rich blessings of the past years. As we gather that is just what we intend doing. The AGM is for all who call GPC their home church. I look forward to seeing you there as we join together to recognise his work, his goodness and grace that has been so evident in our church this past year.

Psalm 103 Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits.
